Through our established training & mentoring program, Action works closely with our Joint Venture Partners continually looking at ways in which we can expand the service offer to our clients incorporating local Aboriginal businesses and the provision of employment opportunities directly with Action or through 3rd party opportunities.
We recognise the importance of engaging with indigenous communities to provide training and employment opportunities.
We will demonstrate throughout our Aboriginal Engagement Plan (AEP) that the emphasis and importance we place on AIC’s ‘In house culture’ is a key component to what drives overall success and aids retention within our Indigenous Workforce.
