Kim Irvine – General Manager

Kim Irvine General Manager Action Industrial Catering Since joining Action in 2005, Kim has been instrumental in cementing Action’s position as the recognised leader in catering and support services to the WA remote mining industry. She has achieved this by implementing strategic growth initiatives, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, in particular, AIC’s successful JV Indigenous partnerships. Kim’s focus is firmly placed on managing both key client and customer relationships ensuring Action’s brand promise is reflected and embraced across the entire operation.

 


Nicolas (Nic) Schlemmer – Operations Manager 

As OperationNicholas Schlemmer Action Industrial Caterings Manager, Nicolas provides direct operational support to all Action’s site-based contracts, working to ensure best practice and performance in line with our client’s expectations. Nicolas liaises with clients, managers and employees to ensure we comply with safety standards in order to meet our duty of care obligations. Recognised for his hands-on approach and dedication to high standards, Nicolas’s experience in taking a concept and bringing it to life is a key passion of his role.

 


Eddie Vahldieck – Area Manager

Eddie Vahldieck - Area Manager - Action Industrial Catering

As Area Manager of Action’s prestigious FMG contracts portfolio, Eddie is responsible for overseeing the management functions in delivering operational standards, HSEQ and service compliance across the projects. He strategically manages all commercial aspects of the contracts with a specific focus placed on his liaison with both site managers, indigenous JV Partners and clients respectively regarding the successful and everchanging needs of the operation.

Eddie’s goal is always to manage the client’s expectations pertaining to the quality, training and commercial standards required of the contract resulting in maintaining a strong relationship with our tier 1 client.
