I have been passionate about food since I can remember. I began my career as a chef after completing 4 years of culinary school and went on to work in several hotel restaurants. During this time one of the restaurants introduced Japanese cuisine and it was the first time I tried and work with these ingredients. It was in this moment I felt a strong urge to learn more about sushi, the flavors of Japanese food and the artform of producing such delicious food.
