I had a wonderful class at Soul Hub on Friday morning with Jodie. The studio was amazing, 16 reformers fully equipped with surrounding mirrors helping to check exercises and posture. I had never done pilates before and Jodie was brilliant at talking me through the machine and how it works making sure i was confident at every stage. The class itself was great, Jodie allowed people to go at their own pace suggesting ways to make it harder or easier depending on ability of the individual. The studio and instructors were all fabulous would definitely recommend to anyone in the area, thank you Soul Hub!

Soulhub Freshie is a beautiful studio with excellent, friendly & fun instructors. I particularly love the "Amplified" class. There are sections throughout the Reformer class where the exercises are designed to get your heart rate up and incorporate cardio into the work out.. which I love because I walk out feeling like I really got a great workout.

I recently tried a couple of pilates classes at Soulhub and could not recommend more highly! The trainers were really great and both classes I did felt like a proper workout and the class time flew by. The studio is a really lovely modern space, everyone was so welcoming and friendly and on top of all this, they also have infrared saunas, spay tanning and LED therapy!

As someone who had never done Pilates reformer before I was very nervous to try it as I am more of a runner. I was always intimidated to go into a Pilates studio as a newbie. But I’d heard so much amazing things about Soulhub that I signed up to the intro offer and the entire team welcomed and supported me so much. I felt very comfortable and I was surprised how quickly I picked up reformer and how much I LOVE IT! I can already feel changes in my body. But my favourite thing is that I also get to experience some of my favourite ‘me’ time activities- I am obsessed with the LED light therapy and Infrared sauna! I’d also never tried one of those. Oh and the spray tan is also the BEST spray I have ever had. Fair to say, I could not recommend Soulhub Freshie enough!!

this was my first time trying reformer pilates so i was a bit nervous, but the instructors do a great job explaining, making sure you’re comfortable, safe and looking out for your safety. this studio is absolutely perfect! it’s got everything you need, it’s clean and you’re always greeted & welcomed with a smile. i love the energy, the 50 mins just fly by. i’ve only done 7 classes so far but can already see a change in my body & mind. it’s not just your typical pilates class, it’s challenging and super fun. i visit freshie about 2x a year and cannot wait to come back next time! will miss it when i’m gone. highly recommend 🙂

Best Reformer Pilates teachers on the Northern Beaches! I have been getting stronger so much faster…and the best thing is a relaxing infrared sauna after the sessions. Just love the Soulhub:-)

Soulhub is by far the best Pilates and well-being studio around (and I’ve tried a lot)! The classes are dynamic and challenging, and the instructors motivate you to go further but also look after your form. Working out at Soulhub is honestly such a fun experience and the sauna is great for some me-time!Thanks to Blythe and the team for creating such a gorgeous welcoming space that I love coming back to week after week. 🥰

What a gorgeous place to work out! Beautiful fit out and machines, and great trainers each bringing their unique vibe to keep classes varied and fun. Loved my spray tan and so easy to book it in.

I've been going to Soulhub Pilates since the opening and I'm really happy with the results. The instructors are great. I've definitely gotten stronger and more flexible since I started going. I would highly recommend Soulhub Pilates to anyone looking for a great workout.

What a wonderful space. As soon as you walk in you can feel the zen. The staff on reception are so beautiful and helpful and just add to the experience. They have thought of every touch - sparkling and still water taps, amazing infrared saunas where you can enjoy the silence or your own choice of entertainment, LED therapy, spray tan machine and of course the enormous reformer pilates studio. Today I had the most amazing infrared sauna. Total silence, total relaxation. I could not recommend Soulhub more strongly.

Fantastic studio - can’t recommend highly enough. Georgia’s class was a great athletic workout and so well cued for all levels. Blythe was so welcoming and lovely. Infrared sauna divine!

Without a doubt, the coolest reformer pilates space I have been to. The lights in the room are epic and really set the scene. Perry the trainer was also so fun and made the experience so entertaining which helped to take my mind off the searing burn in my abs. Loved it!

The space is beautiful, the wellness options are awesome (there’s no where that offers the same options all under one roof) and the studio is so much fun. There is a warm and inviting family feel when you walk in the doors and the team all know your name. 10/10 for all the fitness and well-being offers at Soulhub

Beautiful studio! The instructors have a great energy and keep it fresh with a lot of variety in their classes. The workout pushed me without feeling out of my depth as a beginner. You also HAVE to try the infrared sauna after a class. Amazing!

Incredible first encounter at Soulhub! Blythe instantly captivated me with her unparalleled friendliness, creating a truly welcoming and warm atmosphere. The space itself radiates cleanliness and a breathtaking beauty that left me speechless. I couldn't be happier with every single aspect of my visit, and the infrared sauna exceeded all expectations - it was an absolute dream! Watching Netflix while breaking a sweat was a whole new level of bliss. I'm now counting down the days until my next Pilates session! Obsessed. Been doing Pilates for 20years so I have high expectations… Soul Hub delivers. The extra services are the cherry on top - infra-red sauna, led light therapy and auto spray-tan. Perfect one-stop self-care shop. Highly recommend.

Soul Hub Freshie is my new home away from home. The space is so welcoming and inclusive! Not only do you get a work out you get an overall well-being experience. Soul Hub IS an experience. A fun work out with music and disco lights makes it feel like you are not even working out! Time literally flies (when you are having fun)! My Pilates class followed by a sauna with my friends is good for the soul, my body, my mind and my sore back! It has become part of my weekly ritual. The only negative of going on my recent holiday was that I missed my Soul Hub so much! Thank you Soul Hub and the team for bringing so much joy to my weeks. You guys are the best! Absolutely love being a part of the Soulhub experience! I was a beginner to Reformer Pilates and after only a few weeks I am seeing muscles I didn’t even know I had! The trainers and staff are all amazing and guide you through every step! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great workout and supportive community. And try the Infrared sauna.. you’ll feel amazing!

Absolutely beautiful studio! I've never done a group studio pilates before, but the trainers make it worth it so much. They are FANTASTIC!! It's fun and doesn't feel like a workout at all. All staff members are super friendly and professional - love their energy! The sauna is quite spacious so I love and gives me a reason to use their shower! Seriously, I love their shower/change area, so beautiful and makes me feel extra special after a good session! I can't recommend enough, so if you are looking for a pilate/healthy/beauty studio, just go and do it!

Soul hub is not just an amazing Pilates studio, it’s a concept 💗 As soon as you walk in, the friendliest person will greet you and make you feel at home.You go to soul hub for a class, then head into the sauna and finish up with a chat with your friends around this beautiful wooden table.Absolutely hooked !

Wow, a few weeks in and I am absolutely loving Soul Hub. They’ve created a sanctuary (tanning, infra red sauna, reformer, barre-it’s soooo good) , a special community that’s social and has amazing trainers that are highly professional, in a super fun environment. Each trainer brings their individual flair to each Reformer class, they’re highly professional and motivating (have you ever done the can-can on a reformer….that was me yesterday) 💃🏼It’s a total vibe - I’m loving it!

I have been doing Pilates for over 10 years and Soulhub have created the most beautiful pilates and wellness space I have ever seen! The instructors and classes are all fabulous and each unique, fun and challenging. Blythe, Kylie and the team are so welcoming and lovely and make you feel so at home. The wellbeing hub is so luxe and relaxing. Being able to do a workout and then relax afterwards with a sauna is such a treat. Highly recommend!

Beautiful studio with great facilities and amazing trainers. There are heaps of classes that cater for all levels, the trainers are attentive and helpful for beginners (like myself!) The sauna, LED treatment (along with an amazing massage chair) are a great add on, and the auto spray tan is super quick and convenient. Everyone at Soulhub is so welcoming and friendly, it’s a beautiful calming space to hang out 😊

A little piece of tranquility amidst the convenience of Freshie! The studio is beautiful and everyone is so welcoming. Loving the reformer pilates, and had my first infrared sauna yesterday, all ready for the weekend. You can even watch Netflix while you sweat it all out…though I chatted with my friend and listened to music. Barre class and self tan machine next!

Love the Soulhub Freshie spray tan machine, I even travel from Newport for it! The convenience of being able to book in the tan at a time that suits me, the fact that it only takes 5 mins and I don’t feel sticky or smelly on the drive home. But most importantly the even and quality tan - so stoked I discovered you guys! And the staff are soooo lovely!
