James Huang, Chairman of Initium Capital, Tianjin Fangzheng Group & Huang Family Office. He has over 30 years of property development experience in both China and Australia. James was the 1st property developer in Tianjin to build Spanish style estates which was loved, appreciated & recognised by the local government & its community where he later expanded his property developments across major cities in China. Over his career managing Tianjin Fangzheng Group, his group expanded from property development into property management, funds management, IT infrastructure where he later formed the Huang Family Office. He is widely respected & recognised by Tianjin locals and the Australian Chinese community.
